"Melda çok iyiydi. Tüm isteklerimize yanıt verdi. Transfer ile ilgili konularda bile yardımcı oldu. Gün ici gideceğimiz yerler için en uygun olanakları bize anlattı. "Staff were lovely. Building itself is gorgeous; particularly liked the old imagery with explanations of what various parts of the building were used for way back when. Location is great. Room was a fair size, suitable for the short 2-night stay we had."
"The mains heating didn't fire up on the second night. Did report this to reception. Fortunately a spare heater was available in the room, which took a while to heat the room, but did the job well."
