"Mary welcomed us personally—warm and attentive. We immediately felt at ease in this beautiful setting near the Atlantic and the River Shannon. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. Thank you for everything. Highly recommended! Don't miss lunch or dinner at The Long Dock in Carrigaholt!"

"The house is beautiful, with a view of the sea as well. It's more than a room, there is a sitting room and games room for guests as well. The host was extremely friendly and professional, and she cooked perhaps the best breakfast we'd ever had in a bnb. Highly recommended!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Glencarrig. The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Mary was a great host and kindly called a local restaurant to book us a table. This was much appreciated as it was a busy Saturday night, and the meal (at The Long Dock) was excellent. Breakfast was lovely, with a delicious granola, yoghurt and warm fruit to start, a great choice of cooked options to follow, and Mary's wonderful homemade bread and scones to finish. Bags were helpfully provided to take the scone away for later!"

"With the property being a Farmhouse B & B - you know the breakfast is going to be good - as this was my second stay this year - like the first the breakfast was exceptional. Also like being almost in the middle of nowhere surrounded by cattle - and with distant views of the sea / Atlantic Coast"

"Everything, this beautiful cottage in rural Donegal has stunning views, mountains out one window, sheep and hills out the back window where you can sit on the garden furniture and soak it all in, the kitchen has everything you need for self catering and the whole house is really well finished and spotless, The tavern bar is a about a hundred yards away and is really welcoming, we were even able to charge our electric car at the Monta charger at the family centre more or less at the bottom of the drive in, a very short drive took us the stunning beach at Portnoo where we ate in the golf club and in the Pirates!, both were excellent even on these dark autumn evenings The locals were great and the accommodation in Cromlech was fantastic, we would def recommend"

"The location is great, literally just over the bridge as you're going into Arklow centre, very striking. The room was comfortable and cosy with nice facilities - good heating, tea/coffee and kettle, bathroom. It's a busy pub, or at least it was when I was checking in; pleasant staff.
