The Metropole

"Central and convenient. Once I understood that an email less than an hour before checking was the email with the key the check in process was excellent. Maybe provide more clarity on when the key email will arrive. Clean and comfortable linen."

"Once we did access the rooms one had not been cleaned. Lucky we could got for a walk and in the interim contact the property and a new room was allocated. So in the end just a minor inconvenience but at the time seemed a bigger deal as was frustrated in not realizing the key email was sent so close to check in time. The soap shampoo could not be shaken for the bottles and that was the only amenity provided. Bedside tables and lamps would be appreciated"

"Location was exceptional 👌 Size of the room was impressive very spacious 👏"

"The window didn't open, there was a smell of chipper in the room."

"Location, value, cleanliness Quiet and a helpful host, very easy to understand Highly recommended on booking.com"

"Throw out the old carpet on the stairs, other than that very happy 😁"

"The room itself is nice for a night out, two beds + a shower, it's in a nice location bang on in the city centre, very close to everything, overall had a nice stay + the beds were comfy"

"There was rarely any staff there, so it led to some confusion on how to check in / check out, access the room etc. In one of the drawers there was trash stuffed from previous people who booked that room."

"La ubicación y la comodidad de la llave online, aunque nos dio algunos problemas al principio (igual que habían dado nuestra habitación a otras personas). Llegamos más tarde de la hora del check in y, aún así, nos resolvieron bien todo."

"No hay aparcamiento y, al ser tan céntrico, todo lo que encontrarás son parkings de pago o aparcamientos por horas en la calle. Nosotros conseguimos aparcar normal a 15 minutos andando del alojamiento."
