"Breakfast is very good spread of continental & Indian options. The staff is very prompt and proactive in their service delivery which is very rare these days. The swimming pool is one of the biggest by far in town. Room size is average but decent overall. Its an old property but they have maintained & upgraded it from time to time. I visit this hotel frequently & it was my 7th time or 8th time at this hotel over the last 13-14 years that I have been visiting this property."

Cafe88 service and staff- The staff led by Mr.Soumen was just exceptional. The whole team was amazing. Mr. Anumodh- head waiter, Mr.Vikas- sous chef, Ms.Sakshi - chef, Mr.Shriram- head waiter, and all the staff from Cafe 88 were extremely professional, customer oriented and they tirelessly worked to ensure all the food was served on time. Housekeeping staff - Mr.Simon, Mr.Krishna did exceptional housekeeping work. What made Hyatt Pune exceptional was the excellent customer support from Front desk Manager - Ms Swathi, And the Cafe88 staff exceptional service along with a very good housekeeping staff Thankyou for your excellent support ."

"The comfort and the cleanliness by the staff. There was someone called Ram who left a little note for me after cleaning up and having missed me as I had left early for work. A fantastic gesture. Also at breakfast there was Prasenjit, Arun, Soumen who were very caring and giving great suggestions. Loved the fresh orange juice that was served on request. The whole fruits served were really convenient to take along for a working lunch."

"The security staff often neglected security and let people enter as if they know them. That itself is the biggest threat. Also, the concierge needs to at least check with guests if they need their bags to be picked up or not. It’s not a very pleasant experience in that regard. Lastly, I faced a major issue at the breakfast buffet where the welcome staff (can’t remember her name) was occupied chatting with someone and simply showed me her hand and asked me to wait. I cannot recollect the name of the lady."
