"El alojamiento es una experiencia en sí mismo. Poder acostarte sabiendo que puedes ver las auroras, pues tiene su encanto. En cuanto al alojamiento en sí, estaba muy bien, con radiadores y calefactores de aire. Quizá a nosotros nos cuadró mala noche, porque estuvo nevando todo el tiempo y no pudimos ver auroras, el iglú se cubrió de nieve y tuvimos un poquito de frío. Pero así es Islandia. La cama si era cómoda y tenía cortinas para al menos tener intimidad, así que genial. En el edificio principal tienes un comedor comun bastante grande y varios baños con todo el equipamiento."

"Ein tolles Erlebnis, die Nordlichter und Sterne vom Bett aus zu sehen. 4 Heizungen und Heizdecke im Bett. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Duschen und Küche sind völlig ok. Die Essecke ist nicht so gemütlich."

"Es ist nah an der Straße. Dadurch und durch die Beleuchtung der Zugangswege zu den Iglus ist es leider recht hell. Man kann aber den Vorhang etwas vorschieben. Es ist trotz der Heizungen immer noch kühl. Ich habe mit Mütze geschlafen."

"Très agréable de changer des hôtels traditionnels. Belle vue sur les étoiles et au lever sur la nature et les chevaux, soit depuis le lit soit depuis les fauteuils. Bien chauffé. Salles de bain communes et cuisine bien équipée. Nous étions à l'aise au mois de mars."

"Wc- en douches gemaakt met luxe materialen. Alles zag er nieuw en schoon uit. We kwamen aan na een lange rit door de bergen met veel sneeuwstormen. Dan is het heerlijk om in een schone en warme kook- en eetruimte te kunnen bijkomen met een kop verse koffie. Hoewel het buiten guur en koud was (gevoelstemperatuur -24 graden!) hebben we heerlijk geslapen in de verwarmde bedden. Maar pas nadat we hebben genoten van Noorderlicht met groene en paarse kleuren tussen de sterren."

"Op deze locatie? Helemaal niks!! We vonden het echt een heel bijzondere ervaring."

"We absolutely loved our stay! The place is beautiful and very pleasant. The host couple is incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always available. Their recommendations were excellent. The house is clean, very well equipped, and you immediately feel at home. Special mention for the husband’s beard… absolutely impressive, almost an attraction on its own! 😄 We will gladly come back!"

"We loved how spotlessly clean and welcoming the property felt. Despite being a holiday rental, it had the comfort and warmth of a home, which isn’t always easy to achieve. The kitchen was fantastic, with everything you could need and thoughtful extras like an air fryer and mixers, making cooking a real pleasure. The house was well-heated, and evenings spent by the wood burner were cosy and relaxing, with plenty of wood provided. The hot tub was a real highlight, warm and inviting even in freezing temperatures and we enjoyed sitting in it while watching the northern lights, which were visible every night thanks to the low light pollution, with even more spectacular views just a short drive away. The hosts were helpful, the property felt safe, and the WiFi worked perfectly. Overall, it was an incredible stay and the property had everything we could have wanted."
