"The apartment was perfect for our trip to Iceland! It was clean, spacious and in a great location. The instructions to get into the hotel and room were really clear, and the host had great communication, responding quickly to our questions and giving us plenty of information about the apartment and the facilities. The balcony was a nice surprise too!"
"Some of the pots and pans were showing signs of age and could maybe do with being replaced soon, as the handles were quite wobbly so we had to be cautious when lifting them (especially if containing boiling water). They all still worked fine for what we needed though, and there was plenty of kitchenware available to cook with!"

"We had a great stay at Hotel Vera, the location is fantastic right in the middle of town and there is underground parking 100m or so from the hotel so easy to get there if you need to park. The room was a great size for us (two adults, toddler and baby) and the staff had set up the travel cot with a duvet and pillow for the baby. The kitchenette and dining area was so useful for us for preparing breakfast and light meals during our stay. Great to have a smart TV for those moments you need some downtime! Access is via a keypad which is easy to use - up the stairs from a street level door or through a restaurant for the lift. The restaurant staff were really friendly when we arrived. There are various shops within easy reach for groceries and some really good bakeries for breakfast and coffee. Good communication from the hotel staff throughout. We'd stay again, for sure."

"The kitchen facilities in this place are basically complete. The room is much larger than I imagined, very spacious and very clean. It's very comfortable to live in, far exceeding the expectations of my friends and me."
"No one comes to clean the room every day and the trash can is a bit small. We can only buy garbage bags ourselves to hold the trash."
