"We had issue with the WIFI in the room we were allocated. Both the morning and the day staff ensured the issue was resolved promptly to our satisfaction. The room was cleaned daily during our stay. The hotel is about 30 minutes walk to the city centre. However, there is bus 7 just few yards from the hotel which goes through the city centre to Modena station. You can also get to the city centre using buses 2 and 4 respectively"
"There is no bus service to the hotel from the city centre from 9.00pm but this was not a problem for me and my wife during our stay."
"The location and the breakfast were very good; the room was spacious and clean."
"The walls were a bit too thinn and we could hear everything on the hallway and the alarm clocks from the others."
"Small friendly hotel. Easy parking, very clean.. Good value for money"

"This is a superbly clean and well maintained establishment. Delightful decor and super service. Great value for money."
"Only the absence of ensuite facilities and an elevator prevents a higher score."
"Very helpful staff, room in very good condition, Wi-Fi is fast and stable. Thorough cleaning performed daily. Excellent breakfast offered in the morning."
"The location is a bit far from the historical center where all major sights are."

Konuk değerlendirmeleri
"We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept really well. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and quiet, perfect for a short getaway. Great value for money and we would happily stay here again."
"Excelent breakfast friendly staff parking protected inside the hotel"
"Excellent staff, very good breakfast, the small indoor playroom for kids was a great surprise, as well the pleasant, heated indoor pool - due to off season, it was only for us."
"The staff were beyond kind! Everything we asked for was granted with a smile. They define customer service."
Richard Antico Borgo Petralia
"Basically everything - the location, the accomodation, the sauna, the host Denis and his communication. I've received all the info needed to get to the accommodation via whatsapp and whenever I needed something during my stay, he responded within 10 minutes."
Michal Agriturismo Dolce Colle
"Spacious and room. Very generous breakfast. Beautiful view on the mountains."

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."
Travelling Palazzo Riario
"The decor was out of this world! Absolutely stunning place to stay, very luxurious at a great price. The particular suite we stayed had a fantastic jacuzzi bathtub which was a highlight. Also the reviews don't lie, the breakfast is quite the feast!"
Caroline Torre Di Vico Residenza D'Epoca
"Very clean and friendly staff. The parking is privat garage closed and safe which is very good for motorcyclists."
