"Large spacious room, with very comfortable bed and the location was absolutely perfect for access to both tourist aspects and locality to the Stadio Olympic, our primary reason for the visit."

"Apartment are somewhat dated compared to the photos online but this is to be expected to a degree and did not detract from the stay. The bar across the road can be noisy and was especially on Saturday night, but in fairness, Italy had just beaten us at Rugby, problem solved by going down and having a late drink."

"Very comfortable accommodation close to Vatican (max 10 min by foot). Our room was prepared earlier than it was assumed (above 3 hours) - so we could spend the time inside when it was raining. Dana took care us from the beginning of our staying guessing everything what we would need. Explaining to us several issues. She offered us umbrellas when we going out into the rain. Each morning we have got new breakfast packages. Dana organized the luggage leaving possibility during last day of our visit, so we had the opportunity to take them in he afternoon. Thank you for so many positive expressions and talking. This place isn't only for sleeping but experiencing of kindness and human warmth. Friendly, comfortable area with human face."

"We were here for 4 days and everything was perfect. We were here for 4 days and everything was perfect. First, the staff is very pleasant and accommodating. We came into contact with most of the people working here and everyone is wonderful. They also enabled us to have a late check-in, and on the last day, they looked after our belongings and allowed us to sit and wait for a taxi in the common areas. The apartment was perfectly clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a true sweet Italian breakfast, as everywhere else. The coffee was delicious. The location is perfect; everything is close by and very well connected by transport. The Vatican is a 7-minute walk from the accommodation. We are very satisfied and will definitely return here when we come to Rome again."

"Arches B&B has a very good location being near lots of restaurants and shops. Vatican City is merely 15mins walk away as well the shopping street in Otaviano. The hostel is clean and staff are very accommodating. Paolo gave information of places to visit, while the lady that cleans the place, however has limited English was also very nice and super sweet. Will definately recommend this hostel."

"Perfect situation on the border between residential and tourist quarter. Clean and bright room with shower and own toilet. Very enthusiastic owner of B&B, lift, infrastructure (shops and restaurants) close to the building. Daily serviced stock of the breakfast ingredients in the fridge and shelf. Shared kitchen."

"Nearly nothing. The street is not very busy ,but the pub across has closing time around midnight. It could be felt as disturbing detail, but in fact, compared with other places across Italy, here was the situation very good-only people in friendly communication-the level of noise is tolerable."
