About 3 km from Bolzano, Eggentaler is a 3-star hkonak 15 km from the Carezza and Latemar ski slopes. The Dolomites can be reached within 20 km. It offers a Seasonal outdoor pool, sun terrace. Garden or mountain-view rooms are available at the Eggentaler. They are all allergy free and feature Alpine furnishings. Not all rooms have a balcony, but each one has an LCD TV. The Eggentaler's restaurant serves Alpine and Mediterranean cuisine, featuring char-grilled steaks and homemade pasta. A sauna and year-round 6-person outdoor hot tub are available to guests. They are open daily and do not require reservation. Guests can enjoy the surroundings or relax in the 200-square-metre garden. The hadres is made up of 2 separate buildings. Reception and the restaurant are set in the main building, while Rooms are located in both the main building and the annex, where the sauna is also located. There is no dedicated ski bus, but a public bus line is available nearby.

"Probably the best hotel I've experienced. The aesthetic, quality of decor and fittings, cleanliness, upkeep are immaculate. Comfortable like home. The location next to a bubbling river, surrounded by forested hills, is refreshing. The breakfasts are brilliant, and the dinners are out of this world (though prepare to pay). The staff are on the ball, friendly, and professional."
