"Marzio and Lucia went above and beyond to make us feel as we were friends. They give you tips (really good tips) where to go, what to avoid, what not to miss and where to eat. They offer the opportunity to dine with them while enjoying their own wines and it was the HIGHLIGHT of our trip. The lovely breakfasts with fresh omelettes were a very nice touch. Marzio has a great sense of humour, we will be coming back for sure! Highly recommend bringing your local wine or beer when you visit!! Grazie mille Marzio & Lucia!"

"Breakfast was wonderful with lots of choice, would have preferred fresh orange juice as opposed to machine delivered orange juice which tasted a little sweet. Evening meals were super quality and extremely good value for money. The staff were exceptionally helpful and engaging. Location and views of Lake Garda were absolutely amazing. Pool and facilities were great and clean. Beds were very comfortable and provided plenty of space."

"This is the 4th time we have stayed here - it is wonderful. Staff couldn't be any better, so kind and helpful. From the lovely lady who continually changed our towels, the gentleman that also went round the rooms and was sometimes in reception - so helpful. We asked about a bus time and he literally ran round to the bus stop to get the times for us. The ladies on reception always helpful and kind. Great location for the little town, beach, restaurants and cafe bars. Grossetto de Marina, our apartments, the locals - it is a little slice of heaven x"

"We loved the location, but if you are driving it is a bit crazy to get to as the street closes at 8 pm. We arrived at 7:30 pm but it was the festival of love so the roads were blocked off early. Martino and his receptionist Luciana were so great to deal with and they were able to lead us to the property and we were able to park our car (parking is a bit far away) but secure and safe. The staff were wonderful, and you can't beat the location you are literally right in the center of the town with many restaurants and shops outside your door. I cannot say enough about how kind they both were, as well as all the staff we encountered. A nice breakfast is available on the upper terrace. This is not a hotel, it is a B&B and you will not be disappointed. A true gem in the heart of Vieste!"

"Great location, and parking nearby. Good selection for breakfast even during low season. Walking distance to Lerici, otherwise free navette is available. Rooms are basic and typical Ligurian small size, however you can get a more spacious one if budget permits. The elevator is about to be installed. The real gem is the restaurant on site. Two evenings we had fresh fish, langoustines and stuffed mussels. Delicious! Amazing. Service was superb!!! Local wine, that is Vermentino is served by a carafe. Dont bother to eat down in Lerici,as the food/wine/money definitely doesn't worth a descent by foot( you cannot access all areas of Lerici by car)"

"Our third time staying with Paolo and Concetta and they never disappoint. Their hospitality is fantastic, as is the food, wine and company. The rooms are spacious and clean, with amazing views over the valley. We'll be back (outside of the summer to take more advantage of local hiking trails :-)"
