"This property is a walking distance from various restaurants, shops & points of interest, including Sharks (authentic Jamaican food made with love), Value Mac (grocery store) & Rick's Cafe (great for watching the sunset). The bedroom is extremely spacious, and includes 2 fans, a refrigerator, cups/glasses, cutlery & more. The bathroom offers free toiletries, provides hot & cold water, and has a shower. Ms Fay's customer service, is second to none! She has such a warm & vibrant energy, she made my stay very memorable. She answered all queries I had, and also gave me information about Negril, and what to do/see. She picked me up from the knutsford express station, and also dropped me off, for a very reasonable price. When I needed to do my laundry, she drove me to the laundromat for free. Anytime I had a question & messaged her, her communication was spot on. I wish her continuing success in her business."

"Warm welcome, great hospitality, location nearby good restaurants, local vibe. I liked the furniture in our room. We had a room with hot and cold water, but just cold water wouldn’t have been any problem since the weather in Negril is hot!"

"Fay is incredible, she is really an amazing host and does everything to help you if she can and gave great recommendations. The place is really clean and good value for money. There is no A/C but the fans were good enough to keep us at the right temperature at night. The location in Negril is very convenient and the neighbourhood is pretty quiet and safe."

"Nothing really, just not a proper hot shower available but that worked since it's really warm outside (and Fay offered to use another room that had higher temperature). Also be mindful that you have to pay cash, Fay took me to the ATM but if it can save you one trip.."

"There were a few issues with the energy and some rooms bath struggle with water. However, Fay is working on it and very early in the morning had a team checking all the installations."

"Fays Place is a home away from home. It was very quiet, clean, cosy and peaceful place to stay. Simple yet very comfortable I liked the layout of the apartment with the kitchenette. During our two weeks stay it was clean by Fay continuously. Walking distance to Rick Cafe and lots of lovely other restaurants, shops and bars. Negril Town is only a short taxi ride away and worth a trip. I visited Fay shop it got so much lovely stuff on sale. If possible, visit Quality restaurant for amazing local authentic Jamaican food, ice cold drinks and a lovely spot to swim. Overall, a wonderful holiday experience and Fay is an amazing host always helping and looking after us."
