"Fantastic house in Echoland, Hakuba. Clean, modern, tastefully decorated, well equipped. There is a private onsen, which our family especially enjoyed. There are 3 bedrooms, that can fit total 10 persons, although the one bedroom with bunk beds might be too cramped if fully occupied. Host was helpful with the transport arrangements to Yamato and to Hakuba station."
"These are small things: - More tools to clear snow perhaps would be better, took us a while to clear the snow for our car when there was big snow overnight during our stay. - Message/chat replies could be a little faster, also no reply from the provided WhatsApp number (so only through Booking.com chat). - No bidet spray in the toilets :("

"the checked in was flawlesss, the location is great, near by convinient store and the facility is better then expected. It was snowing during our stay. Having washing machine and shower room that can be use to dry your damp clothing is a game changer."
