"The staff (Batyr) was really friendly and helpful. The location is amazing (3 min from the slopes by car). Great atmosphere and comfortable beds."
"The set up of the living room is a bit limited. The only down side was the limited amount of hot water available in the tank. Especially with 3 people after a full day of skiing. Also the breakfast was nice but a little buffet breakfast would be even better!"

"The property is private and managed by very nice people. The location is very close to the ski resort and guys from the hotel can take you up and down whenever you need. They also made a sauna for me and even drive me down to the airport with a stop for ashlyanfu which is the national cuisine I wanted to try on the way ). It was very nice and not like the “regular hotel service” but personal"

"A truly wonderful place surrounded by nature. A stream flows right in front of the property, creating a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. Batyr from the hotel contacted us directly and made sure everything went smoothly. We’re really grateful — and if we come back, we will DEFINITELY stay here again. The house is stylish, comfortable, and well-equipped — perfect for 4 to 5 people. The breakfast was freshly prepared by hand, very clean, and absolutely delicious. Everything was just right. Thank you, Batyr, for your warm welcome and kind smile. Looking forward to seeing you again!"

"Balykcy ilindeki tank heykelli parkın yakınında göle ve otogara yaklaşık 15-20 dakika yürüme mesafesinde lokal bir ev. Lüks beklentiniz olmasın ama tam olarak orada yaşayanların evlerini deneyimleyebileceğiniz sıcak bir köy evi. Bir teyze ve amca evin sahibi. Sabah kahvaltıda ikram ettikleri çorba lezzetliydi. Fiyatı da oldukça iyi. Biz Issık Göl’ü görmek istemiştik. Bir gün kalıp Bişkek’e geri döndük. Bu ile Bişkek’ten dolmuşlarla 2.5-3 saatte gidilebiliyor. Biz burada geçirdiğimiz bir günden çok memnun kaldık."

"Понравились условия проживания. Большие комнаты, можно комфортно расположиться семьёй, в комнатах чисто. Хозяева гостеприимны, сытный завтрак и угощения с сада. На год вперёд наелись абрикосов и яблок. Хозяин встретил на машине и по необходимости увозил на пляж и обратно. Очень понравилось!"

He really takes care of his guests in every way and makes sure, you‘re always taken good care of. I can also recommend this place as very safe for solo female travelers. The food is authentic, home cooked and super tasty. It’s just a really lovely and welcoming family :)"
