"Lovely hotel staff helped me feel like home in Kazakhstan and made my stay so much better. Special thanks for the great breakfast: the team kindly addressed my dietary restrictions and provided a great solution. The hotel is very clean and well-located. Definitely a place to stay for the next time!"

"I specifically chose this hotel, as in the main they cater for russian speaking guests and I wanted to practice my basic russian. I found the staff, shopkeepers in the local area friendly and happy to chat. Guests who don't speak any russian may have to use smartphone with google translate. There was a deposit which needed to be paid for any potential damage (I had mine repaid at check out, without any issues). I found the hotel to be very clean and the bed had a firm mattress, so I slept very well. If I remember correctly only the tea in the rooms is free of charge. As a coffee drinker I just bought coffee from the local shops."
"Well it's not a dislike, but people who don't want to walk or take a taxi may struggle with the location. The nearest metro is turn right out of the little district where the hotel is situated and go uphill (crossing to the left hand side of the dual carriageway by using the underpass) and then turn left at the traffic lights at the top of the hill. Continue along that road and just past the 'Family Park' is the metro station. The family park has a collection of military vehicles. It is about a 30 minute walk."
"The breakfast was cute, but I wish they could serve a coffee. The location was very good, because I selected it on purpose since my customer who I visited was close. I exceptionally liked the personnel, the lady on the reception desk was so nice. Also the housekeeping lady and the lady who served my breakfast were all awesome."
"Pipes in the toilet and bath smell bad. They need to clean it thoroughly. Maybe they should think of putting a better toilet paper, cause the one they have was of bad quality."
"They are very accomodating and helpful to us who doesn't speak Russian. I am very grateful to the receptionist who assists us on the first day of our stay. The beds were clean and the breakfast were all okay."

"Ein sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal. Die normalen Zimmer sind etwas größer als das Bett, das in ihm steht, das ist aber auch okay so, die Luxus Zimmer kosten nur einen sehr geringen Aufpreis und sind schön groß."
