Please note that for full board reservations lunch is provided on the arrival date and cannot be transferred to the departure date. Breakfast, lunch and dinner if included in rate are provided only in L’Olivo restaurant as open buffet at a fixed time. Please note that early check-in or late check-out are available at surcharge and upon prior arrangement. Minibar is available at surcharge. Please note that accommodation of 3 adults is available in Junior Premier room or higher room categories with surcharge. All rates include access to Masaj Salonu&Wellness centre (swimming pool, hammam, Finnish sauna, fitness centre), Wi-Fi, Rixy Kid’s Club, open air parking. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay. Please note that deposit will be preauthorized on your card to guarantee your booking. Please note that if you provided your credit card for payment for accommodation this original card should be presented to reception employee at check in otherwise this payment cannot be acknowledged. If it is known in advance that the guest will not be able to present the original card at check in, please contact the Hkonaklama yeri to provide payment by other available means. Guests are required to show a photo ID including birth certificates for children and credit card upon check-in. Foreign citizens are required to show the same documents they provided at cross-border checkpoint.

"I booked for 2 adults and 2 children for 2 days to have winter fun with family. When i arrived, I brought also an infant, (plans unexpectedly changed, and could not leave my 1,9 y.o infant with grandparents) and was asked to move to bigger room due to safety issues. Its ok, i fully agree - safety first. I additionally paid 200 usd. But when i came to the room, i found only 1 bed and 1 sofa. I contacted administration asking where children should sleep, since they sell for room whole family, and they proposed to pay additional fee for extra bed. The question is if you sell for a number of people, you should provide for this cost number of sleeping places, but not a room. No logic at all."
"Very comfortable room with great breakfast buffet and nice outdoor seating overlooking grounds. A few good restaurants on site. Really great location with hotel's own quiet breaches for swimming and relaxing on the lake, plus paddle boards and boats, plus good indoor swimming pool. The location with its own lakeshore was very nice and relaxing on the lake!"

"Pretty big territory, inside and outside, with a few restaurants and a bar. The hotel itself looks great with big open spaces and luxurious decorations and the outside hosts a lot of additional attractions like a jumping trampoline, tennis courts, mini-golf (only one lane), spa compexes and a pier with catamarans, kayaks and jet skis. There are hiking routes and bicycle lanes running around all the Borovoe."
"We were thinking about visiting the Casino but the staff seemed pretty unfriendly. You expect the attitude like "welcome, dear guests, let me show you what we have to offer", not "who are you and what are you doing here?". The entertainment program had some cuts as a reason of unexpectedly bad weather during out stay and, therefore, fewer guests than usual. Totally understandable."
