Batman guesthouse

"Son derece samimi ve sıcak insanlardı.Konum olarak gerçekten çok iyi.Her yere yürüyerek gidebiliyorsunuz.

"Nice little tucked away guesthouse right in the centre of town.. Big bed, fridge, kettle etc.. Decent shower and TV with YouTube etc which was great!"

"Very creaky bed!.. Could maybe do with a bedside lamp or something"

"Price is great, location is very central, the hosts are super nice and very helpful, and everything is clean."

"Very good value for the money. Good location. Comfy place to rest"

"The wifi was a bit slow but overall good"

"The place is clean and very well located. It's centrally located and has many restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets nearby, so there's no need to take a taxi. The entrance is a bit hidden, but from the photos on Booking.com, it's easy to find. The room and bathroom are very clean, and the bed is very comfortable. I had a very important meeting by google meets the day after I arrived and I was worried about wifi, but it worked very well, so I was super glad! The manager was incredibly attentive to me, even before my arrival, giving me a lot of guidance. I had a problem at the border, and he was able to help me resolve it. I asked him to give me a hand to organize my desk for a meeting I needed to attend, and he was also very helpful. I highly recommend this hostel."

"The receptionist doesn't speak English, so for those that are not familiar with technology, communication can be tricky. I always use Google Translate for these situations, so it's not a problem for me."

"I loved the place, really great value for the price I paid. I got a quiet room with all facilities, very big and a lot of space. The Wifi was really great! The hosts - very helpful, and responsive to all requests The location is amazing, right in the middle of the city center, all main sights are within walking distance"

"All was great, however, sometimes the water was not running properly during the day"

"I can 100% reccomend this hotel! I've been arrived at night but the reception was opened. The room was upstairs, quite nice, the facilities and bed were clean. I liked this reference to Barman and the signs around that help you to find the hotel. There are many restaurants in this area, so the location is good."

"There was no option for a late check out. The sound isolation isn't good but not an issue for me."

"Great friendly staff (although with limited English), comfortable room in a great location close to the markets of Vientiane. Quality/price ratio was also probably the best around!"

"Some occasional difficulties with communication (but not a big deal)"

"Nice welcome on arrival and fast check in very friendly. Big size room with good aircon, internet and shower facilities. Lovely location for night market also cafe outlets."
