"lovely room. the bathroom was great, shower partition so floor was not wet by toilet. shower gel and shampoo included. bed was big and pretty comfy. the interior of the room was lovely, big wardrobe and tv (but couldn’t work out how to change language). personal fridge. windows had french shutters and net curtains so could choose how much light you wanted. side lamp by bed for evenings. good AC. family who run it are lovely, after we checked out they let us leave our bags in their reception for a few hours. laundry service, 30,000kip per kilo. the room was cleaned everyday, bed made and coffee/tea/water replaced also new towels daily (side note the cleaning produced they used smelt SO good). breakfast between 7-9. great location, very close to lots of activities - 5 minute walk to night market and there was a temple right next door. overall no issues with noise. 100% would stay again"

"Nothing about the hotel- but the company they use to book tours are a disaster. We booked two trips, one to the train station and one to the waterfalls, both days were over subscribed and we had to sit on the floor of the bus. So book elsewhere. There’s lots of different companies you can book with."

"The best hotel we’ve stayed in so far on our trip. The family who run the hotel are so kind and friendly. They did so much for us during our stay – laundry, booking a trip to the waterfalls and booking our train tickets to Vang Vieng. The room was HUGE, clean and they even left towels and water outside our room for us when we had the do not disturb sign on the handle. Great wifi and location too. We’d 1000% recommend and we’d definitely stay there again!"

"Everything was as described and as in photos. Clean and spacious room. Quick hot water and quality towels. Very comfortable mattress and pillows (we found the same standard ultra comfy hard mattress in all the accommodations all over Asia). Quiet at night. Great location, amongst locals, conveniently far from busy touristy areas but ideally close to food markets and all the major attractions. Very hospitable staff."
