"The room was big, with AC, WiFi, a fridge and desk and it was clean. The staff was friendly. There was hot water downstairs (I prefer when the kettle is in the room but it's still ok)."

"the member of staff on desk spoke zero English so it was hard to communicate basic things such as booking details/name/room costs at check in. we got by via google translate but it was a struggle and it led to us being given the wrong room (a twin instead of double), but we got this sorted ok. the room had no minibar as promised online. there is however a bar downstairs so I think this is a confusion on staff’s part, I assume caused by their problems with English. overall we communicated fine as long as you have Google translate ready when you approach the desk."
