"Nous avons aimé sa proximité avec le loueur de scooter et la Boulange. De plus il était appréciable d’avoir une chambre privative avec ses toilettes et sa salle de bain après 3 jours sur la Pakse Loop."

"An excellent location in this lovely ex French colonial building with extremely comfortable room. The staff on the whole were very cheery and helpful although there was a distinct lack of English spoken. I cannot blame the staff for this as there should be a manager or someone in charge to oversee operations, this also applied to there sister hotel at the Villa Santi Resort and spa which we visited with a very efficient arrangement with a drop of and collect arrangement> The room was excellent. The breakfast was somewhat hit and miss with a breakdown in communications on a number of mornings, however I must stress the staff tried very hard to make our stay very enjoyable, Thank you all at Santi.
