"I stayed at this hotel recently and found the location to be excellent—central and convenient for everything I needed. One major plus was the private car parking at the back, which made things a lot easier. The staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. However, the flat itself was in need of a lot of maintenance. From worn-out fixtures to general upkeep issues, it definitely detracted from the overall experience. It’s a shame because with a bit of renovation, this place could be truly great. Overall, I’d recommend it for the location and the staff, but I hope the management addresses the maintenance issues soon."

"Absolutely a great place for family. Rooms are spacious and got upgraded to two bedrooms. The staff was very nice and helpful. They sent us a driver to pick us up from the airport without charge and also took us back. Perfect location walking distance from downtown Aley. Highly recommend."

"Уютно. Тихо. Персонал великолепнейший! Немного далековато от главной улицы, но не критично. Номер чистый. Минимальный набор кухонных принадлежностей, дополнительные одеяла. Вид из окна просто потрясающий! Огромное спасибо Сюзанне и её коллеге(к сожалению, забыли спросить имя). Очень приятные люди! Всем рекомендую"
