Yönetimi tebrik etmek gerekiyor personel kadrosunu çok iyi eğitmişler. Özellikle resepsiyon da bize karşılayan hanımefendi çok iyi İngilizcesiyle tüm detayları bize iletti daha sonrasında da yardımcı oldu. Tekrar ziyaret edeceğiz kesinlikle."

"The pool was exceptional and the room was massive. It was an excellent accomodation."

"I felt the food was average (with the breakfast spread thin on the ground and not of the highest quality) particularly if you are being charged at foreigner's rates of USD 20 per person.. It seems odd that bed and breakfast is not an automatic part of room accomodation at Jetwing generally (we had a similar experience at Jetwing Blue). Also while the staff are extremely polite and friendly there were glitches in our bill (being double charged for the Chinese restaurant) which grated as I am generally not used to have to forensically examine my bill. And for a place to be 5 star this should be better."

"The staff went out of their way despite the difficult circumstances to make everyone feel welcome and included. They even hosted a drinks reception in the middle of the storm as everyone was unselttled and been forced to change plans  ·"

"The food was very good in general. The spa was a lovely experience. The pool was wonderful."

"There was a mix up with rooms and we ended up paying for breakfasts that were already included in our booking. We sorted this out with the other guests so it was not an issue. There was a difficulty trying to explain this to staff though. The person who was front of house on the day we arrived did not seem to speak english very well which resulted in a bit of misinformation and confusion."
