"Walking along the lake, heading towards the Gartmore Waterfall. The owner walked with me among tea fields towards to Gartmore falls along the lake together with two foreigners from Germany. Thanks to all of them."

"Hemantha was the best host! He made me and my friends feel really welcome and did everything he could to help us. The rooms are basic but have everything you need and are nice, and the place is in the middle of this beautiful area. I will definitely come back to Maskeliya and Hemantha!"

He not only fed me like a king with the best SL food, but shared immense knowledge about the region including the tea plantations and the stunning lake with huge twin waterfalls. 12klms to Adam's peak, and similar distance to Gartmore and Moray Falls this village has everything you need to ensure a relaxed time. This is Sri Lanka!"
