"Everything. Pervalka is a peaceful, charming village 2/3 of the way down to Nida. It is a Agreat location for seeing the Curonian Spit by bike & car. Our accommodation at Seimos Apartments was a sweet local style house. It had a driveway for our car with a remote controlled front gate. We had 2 bedrooms upstairs which was perfect for my father & I. The place was clean, neat & functional & had everything we needed. Loved the washing machine with 15 min quick wash & the fireplace with wood. The house is under 5 minutes walk to the lagoon, a few nice restaurants & a great little shop for supplies & baked goods. Can highly recommend staying here."

"We spent a few days at Seimos Vila during the Easter holidays. We are delighted with the house, the surroundings, the landscape, the peace. We haven't had such a good rest for years. We will come back!"

"Labai jaukus ir tvarkingas namas! Visai dideliai mūsų šeimai (7 suaugusieji ir 1 paauglys) kambarių išplanavimas labai patiko. Kiekvienas kambarys antrame aukšte turejo savo dušą ir tuoletą. Gražios terasos su vaizdu i miestelį ir marias. Virtuvė visiškai naujai įrengta. Yra beveik viskas, ko reikia atostogom! Smagus kiemelis pasisėdėti vakarais, su grilium. Savas kiemas ir vieta mašinai. Pirtis veikė ir buvo šaunu lietingą dieną ją pasinaudoti. Šeimininkai ir bendravimas prieš atvykstant ir po to - viskas buvo puiku ir profesionalu!"
