"her şey eksiksizdi. her ufak ayrıntı düşünülmüştü. bütün eşyalar yeni ve çok rahattı. rahatlamanız için ellerinden geleni yapmışlardı sanki. kahve makinesi ve bolca kahve vardı :) oda çok temizdi. çalışanlar çok kibardı ve otobüs saatime kadar bir süre beni lobide misafir ettiler. konumu da iyiydi."
"ödeme konusunda bookingden kaynaklı bir sorun oldu. onların yapması gereken hemen bookingle iletişime geçip düzeltmeleri gerekirken sorun benim kartımdan veya rezervasyonumdan kaynaklıymış gibi davranıp (yeni başlayan bir çalışan) benden ikinci bir ödeme aldılar. ben de kartımın ele geçirildiğini düşündüm. daha sonraki gün bunları düzeltip iade yaptılar (deneyimli çalışan) ve üzgün olduklarını söylediler. ama sonuçta, ben hayatımda buraya bir kez gelebilirdim ve bu günüm bunu düşünmekle geçti ve lüksemburg gezimden keyif alamadım. otel çok iyiydi yalnız sorun iyi yönetilemedi ve oraya gelmiş bir turist mutsuz ayrıldı, üzgünüm :("

"The black out curtains didn't seal all the light out. Details on how to use coffee machine. My friend had a single room. Single bed right under the window. An issue with the light coming in. Her mattress sagged.Remote had no batteries working and the coffee machine was broken. Her single room was tiny."

"I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, I couldn’t be bothered waking up before 10am to eat breakfast. The location is very central, just like 3mins walk to Gare Central station and bus stops on both side of the main road."

"The curtains did not block out the street lights even when closed tight and the table pushed up against them to keep them closed,, so it was not a great night's sleep (I am from the country with no light pollution), I think I seen every hour. Nothing else was bad about the stay."
