"Konumu harika. Bir çok merkeze çok yakın , yürüme mesafesinde. Gayet güvenli, fazla dar korkunç sokaklardan ilerlemiyorsunuz. 2 kadın gecenin 01:00 inde bile rahat rahat otele ulaştık. Çalışanlar yardımsever ve güler yüzlü. Sessiz, gürültüden uzak. Beklentimizi karşıladı."

"Banyo tuvaletler biraz eski. Daha yeni ve daha temiz olabilir. 2-3 günlük konaklamalar için dolaplar idare eder ama. Uzun süreli konaklamalar için sorun olabilir."

"For the price, it’s a really good choice. Located about 3 minutes from the main square in the medina. Staff was really helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious and you can have big portions. The garden inside and the building are also quite magnificent."

"The property is located very close to the main square and is very easy to walk around the city from here"

"The room was dirty, especially the bed, and there were noises going on for all night. We asked them for a transfer to the airport and they told us it was confirmed, but apparently they never booked it so we got late and they didn’t help us."

"The location is the best of this riad. 5 min away from everything central. Accessible for taxis. Rooftop garden was nice as well and the inner part of the riad. For 4 days stay they clean our room and change the towels. Communication before check in was great. For our very early tour they packed us up breakfast for the road."

"The staff attitude. Cleanliness wasn't on the best level. It wasn't dirty but it wasn't perfectly clean. When I checked in I was asked to pay city tax in cash which they didn't issue me proper document, just wrote it down on the accomodation receipt. There was no hand towel in the room so when I asked for such the reception guy laughed at me and says they don't have it in any room because it's not typical for them to have hand towel. Anyway as I didn't give up they have me another body towel. Last night the hot water was run out. When I went to the reception to ask for this the reception guy turn on the heating for the water and the water was ready in 15 minutes. Apparently every room has buttons to turn on the hot water. Why they turn it off since there is people in the room? Second morning we had to leave early for our tour so the main door was closed. The reception guy was there. He saw that me and my friend (girl) are struggling to open it (too heavy and no door handle) and instead of offer us to open he was laughing at us, saying it's very easy to open. Not nice attitude."

"Breakfast and early morning sunshine on the rooftop terrace, with great views over the skyline. Love the inner courtyard. Riad Assia is in the Medina, near the big square Jemma-El-Fna. We walked everywhere, so much to see. Staff very friendly and helpful."
