Çatı teraslarından görünen görünüm insanın aklını başından alıyor ve Merenid Mezarları'na kadar her yeri görebiliyorsunuz. Tüm odalarda geri dönüşümlü klima/ısıtma sistemi ve fiber optik wifi epey hızlıdır. Riad sosyal, meşgul ve çoğunlukla 40 yaş altı konuklar için hizmet vermektedir. Titreşim eğlenceli, neşeli Düzenli olarak etkinlik ve etkinlikler düzenliyoruz. Riad'ın eski binasında gürültü olduğu için sessiz bir sığınak veya çocuklu olgun bir aile arıyorsanız uygun değildir. Otelin amacı uygun fiyatlı ekonomik turizmdir ve 09:30'dan itibaren Fas'ın terasında fiyata dahil en iyi brunch'ı servis etmektedir. Riad Verus, Medine manzaralı çatı terasında ve geleneksel arabesk avluda kış aylarında düzenli olarak aile yemeği sunmaktadır. Konuklar akşamları teras lounge alanlarında kağıt veya masa oyunları oynayabilir veya nargile içebilirler. Riad Verus'un birden fazla dil bilen ekibi, Sahra Çölü'nde deveye binme, Chefchaoen, Meknes, Orta Atlas'a günübirlik geziler, havaalanı transferleri ve harika rehberler eşliğinde Medine yürüyüş turları gibi etkinlikler düzenlemenize yardımcı olabilir. Toplam 8 yatak odamız var ve 3 tanesi yatakhane. Ek basılı bilgilerde, evli olmayan çiftlerin (biri ya da her ikisi de Müslüman) ve yurtların yasaya uymak amacıyla uluslararası turistlere özel turizm kısıtlamaları yer almaktadır. Müslüman iseniz evlilik cüzdanınızı ibraz etmeniz gerekmektedir; her ikiniz de Müslüman değilseniz bu kural sizin için geçerli değildir. Fas veya Cezayirliler, kozmopolit odaların katı konukseverlik yasaları nedeniyle bu tesiste rezervasyon yapmak yasaktır. Tüm konukların çalışma whatsapp numaralarını ve doğru posta kodlarını ve Fas'a giriş yapan pasaportun uyruğunu ibraz etmeleri gerekmektedir. Check-in yapılmazsa tüm rezervasyonlar iptal edilecektir. "Amazing quality - price relationship. The hostel is well located, beautiful and the staff is very kind, helpful and warm - specially at the rooftop, the common area. It has a very cozy and youthful vibe on the upper / rooftop floor and the breakfast is fire! I would recommend to any backpacker and would definitely come back :)"

"The slogan of "A Home Away from Home" couldn't be more fitting for this business. The staff were all incredibly kind, helpful and great at providing information and help whenever a guest needed it. Honestly one of the best hostels I've stayed at and I've travelled over 40 countries. It was fully booked the night I arrived and the staff allowed me to come in meet friends for when I stay tomorrow and I'll be forever grateful for their openness and kindness they offered me as a guest.
