"Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve her konuda anında yardımcılar. Tesisin restaurant ve cafesi olan Lanice de çok güzel ve her zaman açık. Oda ise çok biyüktü."

"The staff were fantastic. They helped us arrange excursions, a doctor, and generally were incredibly supportive. I don’t think I’ve ever encountered such warmth and resourcefulness on any trip before. They went out of their way to accommodate us and were exceptionally kind. The breakfasts were tasty. The hotel itself is in line with local standards—rather modest—but very clean. The conditions may not be ideal, but with such outstanding reception staff, it is definitely worth staying here."
