"Everything was great. The house was spacious with three bedrooms. The surroundings were amazing. The freedom offered by the private garden, swimming pool, and direct access to the sea. perfect for a family or a group of close friends"

"We were very fortunate to find Casa Iva for our accommodation. The apartment is just as presented. Everything awaited us immaculately, clean and tidy. The beach, promenade and shops are super convenient. The bathroom is spacious as well as the shower (which is a huge plus) The apartment has a great washing machine, dish washer, air-con, wi-fi, kitchen utensils, and all other necessary household items you would usually need for everyday use. Honestly, we felt like at home. The owner is just amazing, very helpful, communicative and super professional. We felt safe, peaceful and relaxed. The place has its own entry as well which I personally like and a huge balcony, great for a cup of coffee/tea in the morning, with different outdoor furniture choices. We will definitely come back and stay at Casa Iva again, sometime in the near future. I highly recommend for everyone to book with Casa Iva, as I am highly satisfied with our stay!"

"The house warms up quickly with the air conditioner, which was very convenient. There were a few small issues: no shower curtain, and the shower threshold let water through, so the floor got wet while showering. The water heater was next to the bed and a bit noisy at night, but we simply turned it off before sleeping. We mentioned everything to the administrator, and he promised it would all be fixed. Overall, we had a positive impression. It was especially convenient to have a restaurant on-site — we could have breakfast there, grab something to take away, or enjoy a simple dinner. The food selection wasn’t huge, but it was more than enough for us."
