"Clean, tidy, spacious apartment. A beautiful area with everything you need - cafes, shops, restaurants and a mall. There is a full kitchen equipment and a washing machine. The owner was very helpful and understanding. very satisfied"

"Highly recommended! The apartment was very cozy and modern—we were actually the host’s first guests, and they were incredibly welcoming, warm, and friendly throughout our stay. Everything was perfectly clean, and the apartment was fully equipped with everything you might need, from kitchenware to bathroom essentials. We loved being able to cook meals at home in the well-equipped kitchen:) wi-fi, AC, shower - everything worked well. If you’re visiting the Kotor region, this place is ideal for a longer stay—you can easily spend a week here and feel completely at home. One of the best parts was having a large supermarket right in the same building, which made shopping for groceries and other necessities super convenient. Another bonus: since the apartment is located in a less touristy district, the prices in nearby restaurants were noticeably lower than in the old town, which was a nice surprise. All in all, it was an amazing experience, and we would definitely come back!"

"We were looking for a location that was not too close to other people, so this was a perfect location for us. The house is nice and clean and has everything you need. The hosts are extremely friendly, helpful, and supportive. You can approach them with all your questions at any moment and get help and support. You can enjoy the swimming pool or the sea. Nearby, within walking distance, you can swim and also rent a kayak or a SUP."

"The location is very good. There are lots of restaurants, caffes and shops. The sea is in 15 minutes of walking - that's rather close to the sea, and also that's rather far from the sea that you can breathe well, it's not very wet. Of course, there are some unbuilt houses around, it spoils view a little bit, but for me it was ok, especially because they stopped all building works while tourists were having rest there. The appartment is wide, light and clean. It has a cozy terrast. Also it's cool that you have enter directly to the swimming pool. Water in it is very clean, they filtered it enough. The street shower is warm. There are clean bed sheets and towels, also a hair dryer. You need to take care of soap, shampoo and washing powder. The host is very friendly woman. She is ready to help to get to know something, she helps with everything that you need. If we are going to Ulcin again, we will stay here again."
