"The hotel had all the facilities we needed - a/c, comfortable room, parking, restaurant etc. Plenty of staff on hand to look after us. The pool area is nice and one evening we dined in the restaurant overlooking the pool, the food was good. Secure parking was also useful. I had a massage in the spa which was very pleasant but in other local facilities you can get a massage for half the price (we did that on Day 2!)."

"We stayed here for 3 nights at Emeraude Lodge and it was perfect. Vincent runs a very tight team there - all very well trained, extremely pleasant and friendly starting from Rio at the reception to Adeema and Matthew at the restaurant. If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax and unwind in Nosy Be with great food, super service and away from the tourist hustle, this is the place to be. They also organise all the tours for you and even accompany you on all tours which was wonderful especially for us as we are not fluent in French or Malagasy. Special shout out to Alix who took great care of us in all the tours. Thanks Vincent. We hope to come again!"
