"The most hands-on owner I've ever witnessed. Samba is an awesome guy who goes out of his way to ensure his guests are comfortable. His passion and wealth of knowledge is another defining feature. Bathrooms are clean, rooms are spacious and the price is the cherry on the top."

He was always eager to give me tips and help out where he could! I would highly recommend staying here, will recommend this place to any traveler passing through Nouakchott! Also, there is a really good Malian restaurant nearby that serves a variety of delicious food for affordable prices!"

"Spacious room, protected with mosquito nets, and AC for the hot months, with a large private bathroom. The shower has hot water and good pressure, something that is not always the norm in Mauritania. Breakfast is included in the price, making it a very good deal. However, the real highlight is the host, Samba, who goes the extra mile to make your stay comfortable and has proven to be extremely helpful with any issues related to organizing your stay in Nouakchott and your next steps in Mauritania."
