"The private Pool with the tree aside so you can cool down in the shade. The kitchen is well equipped and there are 2 refrigeratures ( important, when it is 30 degrees plus. Roshan is a very nice guest, always quick in his answers and totally helpful. It was a pleasure."

"The accommodation and the owner Roshan were great. Excellent location, about 10 minutes walk from the sea and shops. Luxurious private pool. Even if there were minor shortcomings, the owner quickly resolved them. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable couch. If we were to fly a second time, we would be happy to stay here again."

"Perfect place! I really love the villa! Owner, Roshan, was so kind to me in every question. Villa made with good taste, everything is very clean, there you’ll find everything you need for comfortable vacations. And no ants (I’ve heard about it from my friends who stayed in another place). Location is really nice, close to beach, supermarket, small restaurants, but really quiet also, if you need like me silence at night) And I also live the entire island, decided to return in November for longer period."

"My husband and me stayed at Waynes' villa for 2.5 weeks in June '24 and enjoyed every minute of our stay there. It felt very much like being at home, very comfortable and spacy, everything we needed we found there, incl. kitchen ware, towels, A/C in the bedrooms, lots of seating places. Roshan, the host, couldn´t have been more caring, very friendly and helpful with anything, incl. information about activities, weather and beach warnings. The area is very quiet, which was perfect for us, and enjoying the days and evenings relaxing at the nice pool, which was cleaned frequently. Restaurants and beach where very close within walking distance, incl. the bus stops. We will definitely come back there and can recommend it very much."

"We visited many countries Florida, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Maldives, Morocco....everywhere we stayed in private apartments or houses. Roshan's house is definitely the best value for money. The house is comfortable, in a quiet part of the resort, equipped with everything needed even for a longer stay. The owner is very nice, ready to help with anything. A private pool and a drinking water fountain inside the house are great. It takes 7-10 minutes to go to the beach and the supermarket. We can only recommend this accommodation!"

"Il fait très chaud dans la salon malgré le ventilateur au plafond. C'est difficile de faire chuter la température dans la pièce à vivre et du coup, d'en profiter, mais ce n'est qu'un détail."
