"Arora Inn has 2 properties on Maafushi island. We stayed on the older property. It is a really nice and comfortable hotel. The best part however the staff. They staff completely won us over. The owner himself welcomed us and everyone in the staff greeted us with big smiles on their face. They made sure that we are well taken care of. They ensured we had our breakfast even when we had early morning tours, helped us book activities, and at the same time helped us get to the speed boat leaving the island on time. Full points for their warm hospitality. Definitely will stay at the same hotel when I return to Maafushi."
"Everything was good. Some people might feel that the location is a bit far (about 10 minutes walk) from the "main area" on Maafushi. But that was never a problem for us. There is no 24x7 reception at the hotel so that's something to keep in mind."
