"Tiene una vista hermosa a la bahia, y un ambiente que lo hace una experiencia tranquila, la alberca en la noche y la palapita super bien para pasar el rato, claro que aun le falta porque esta en remodelación derivado de aun los estragos de Otis, el personal es muy amable, y la estancia fue muy placentera, con gusto volvería a hospedarme ahi."

"Hay muchos asqueles y arañitas como blancas, tal vez fumigar las camas y los sillones para que de las plantitas no se pasen y evitar o minimizar picaduras."

"Que no tiene calefacción solo en un cuarto, y la verdad te pican mucho los mosquitos y opino que deberían po er una tv para cuando ya te quieres relajar en las noches y ver una película, pero de ahí en adelante todo excelente 👌 muy buen hotel"

"We took the room with the jacuzzi on the river It was fabulous The only recommendation I have is if possible to request a room that is not so near the restaurant ( they close at 10pm) if u mind to have quite otherwise it doesn’t matter . Beautiful place and location is great quiet and restful we took the boat trip and had a great time it’s right on the lagoon ! The garden is stunning!"

"I liked the location, not too far from the centre (though during weekdays traffic can be horrendous so can take up a lot of time, e.g. from international airport to this hotel during rains and rushhour, took us about 1.5 hours). Very close to largest (?) mall of Mexico City and easy to get out of the city. Hotel has nice gym and pool on top level and good Executive lounge on 9th floor. I’d like to nominate Jonathan for the best concierge award of the Hilton Hotel chains. He is really keen to provide you the best possible options for sightseeing and also does not hesitate to call off a tour if not worthwhile (due to rains e.g.). Ubers to the airport and city centre, mall, readily available."
