"In general the hotel has beautiful plants but just infront of the pool there are plants missing. When looking from the pool to the sea you have some ugly buildings in the view but with some plants you could cover these buildings and the seaview would be so much nicer! San Agustinillo was ok, but nothing special."

"Amazing place with a stunning view over San Augustinillo, so peaceful. We had two rooms - the family room (really big with fab terrace but no air con and internet was not working) and the quadruple (smaller but still nice - nicer / brighter than pictures - and with air con / internet). Great pool and breakfast (though not available every day, but loads of options nearby). We loved it, highly recommended."

"We absolutely loved our stay here! Even though the room had some basic amenities, like a weak shower and no hot water or drinks available, we still had a wonderful time. We stayed in a large unit on the first floor of the family cabin, and the terrace offered a beautiful view of the beach in San Augustinillo. This was my favorite place out of all the places we stayed during our trip to Mexico!"

"Great view on the ocean and only 3 mn walk to the beach. Our kids enjoyed the pool a lot. Our family room was simple and charming. The restaurant doesn't open in the afternoon but we felt we had a private chef because we were planning what we wanted to eat for breakfast and lunch with him for the next day... and it was always delicious! Very nice staff."

"Restaurant was closed and that was not mentioned during booking. There was no alternative offered snd nowhere to even get a coffee or water without going all the way down the hill to the main street. Common area around pool felt deserted and uninviting. The staff responded to repair requests promptly (leaking AC, clogged toilet) but was not particularly welcoming. I was willing to pay the higher price for the ambiance and facilities. But unfortunately they weren’t there. I was disappointed."
