"Está alejado del centro y el camino complicado, las toallas las dan muy tarde, es mi primera vez en Booking pero pague lo que me marca y llegando me cobraron, IVA, impuesto, comisión y casi me salió lo de otro día de estancia, no hay buena comunicación me llevaron un desayuno que yo no pedí y según ellos yo lo hice, el boiler solo te lo prenden una vez y luego cierran el gas solo alcanza para bañarse 2 personas...lo bueno es que sabiamos como prenderlo, el wifi no funciona, el baño todo el tiempo tiraba agua y los accesorios como regadera, llaves taza, están muy viejos. Y por último fallan las luces porque algunas ni prenden como la de la cabecera y espejos del baño"

"This hotel is in the perfect location. It is very close to restaurants, stores and market as well as transportation and beaches. It is in an extremely quiet neighborhood, no barking dogs or roosters. The setup of the building is perfect to create a sanctuary around the pool area."

"There are two pools. Efforts were seen to constantly maintain the water clean. The lawn in the garden was well maintained, lush and very cozy. Many of the restaurants in the hotel are rip-offs, but this hotel was moderately priced, so we ate and drank in the hotel several times."
"The hotel is on the property of the Santa Fe Golf club. We were visiting friends who live in that neighborhood so for those purposes it was very convenient. Though the property is perfectly adequate and comfortable, it is overpriced for the condition it is in."
