"Really nice hotel by basic standards. I loved the little gym. The bedroom and ensuite were roomy. Good pressure in the shower too. I liked the fresh water tank where we could refill our bottles. Very kind cleaning staff."
"The bedroom was a little cold at night as there are slates in the windows that do not shut. The hot water only seemed to be available in the morning. I think a complimentary tea and coffee would have been a nice welcoming touch."

"I liked that the hotel is environmentally conscious (it's aware of water scarcity in Mexico city and have a number of suggestions to reduce water use; they also have a water fountain in the first floor in order to reduce the use of single-use plastic bottles). "The staff was friendly and our room was kept clean every day. Even though we didn't speak very good Spanish the staff was very helpful and kind to us. It was in a super convenient location with the zocalo and yummy food all within a 10-20 minute walk."
