"The property is in a great location felt really safe and a short uber away from the main city centre. The reception is 24 hrs which was good because we arrived late to check in, the staff were really helpful. The room was nice, have to say it looks a little more fancy than in real life, however it wasn’t a problem for us, we made it like home. We stayed for more than 4 nights in the end because we liked the hotel and the convenience. The breakfast buffet was great, lots of different options. I would come back if coming back to Guadalajara"

"The Internet was very slow in the hotel room, I had to go to the computer office to work and it was isolated and gloomy. I wish I would’ve been told of the reception room inside the restaurant. That room had great internet reception and it’s was spacious, comfy seating, bright natural street light coming in."
