"Location is right at the heart of Huamantla and we enjoyed experiencing the life of the city. The internal colonial covered patio is beautiful and very pleasant for meals. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was in the modern wing of the hotel, a large room with comfortable king size bed and huge shower room. There were plenty of bath and hand towels. We had a small breakfast table with chairs which were very handy. There was also a large desk in the room, and a large wardrobe."
"There are two parts to this hotel - colonial and the modern wing. We were first allocated to the colonial room which was small and overlooked. We had to ask to be moved to the modern wing. I would suggest that the room sizes and types (colonial or modern) are more clearly stated during the online reservation as they provide different levels of comfort. The modern room window was small with very limited opening. It felt somewhat dark and stuffy. No bathroom mats - I missed those a lot but realised they are often not supplied in Mexican accommodations."

"Hard to relax in this nice hotel. The hotel is surrounded by three schools with very noisy children. Some rooms have connecting doors. You can clearly hear all conversations and the TV in the next room. Nobody has a key for the safe."

"La ubicación es muy buena. Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos aquí. Pero la verdad es muy caro. Estoy en Puebla en este momento y pague 3700 por tres noches con ustedes por las mismas noches más de 6000, sin desayuno y en las misma temporada alta. Cómo es posible?"
"Traemos un menor, porque no ofrecen cuna o king size? Saben lo difícil que es eso? No podemos dejar al menor en una cama matrimonial. Se cae. El cuarto es extremadamente frío, aún con el calentador. Las toallas muy viejas, percudidas, se nota que no quieren invertir a eso. El acceso a cuartos-estacionamiento súper complicado, de nuevo no piensan en el tema familiar y que trasladarse con un menor es difícil. En fin, llegamos aquí otra vez por tema de cercanía con el centro y disponibilidad de las fechas."

"This hotel is in the perfect location. It is very close to restaurants, stores and market as well as transportation and beaches. It is in an extremely quiet neighborhood, no barking dogs or roosters. The setup of the building is perfect to create a sanctuary around the pool area."

"There are two pools. Efforts were seen to constantly maintain the water clean. The lawn in the garden was well maintained, lush and very cozy. Many of the restaurants in the hotel are rip-offs, but this hotel was moderately priced, so we ate and drank in the hotel several times."
"The hotel is on the property of the Santa Fe Golf club. We were visiting friends who live in that neighborhood so for those purposes it was very convenient. Though the property is perfectly adequate and comfortable, it is overpriced for the condition it is in."
