"No anti-mosquito nets on the windows. It was really warm, and in my opinion every room MUST have it. In the end we had to contact the staff of the hotel to change the room at around 23:00+ because we got an unwanted guest - huge Asian Wesp. We've never seen any insect that is so loud and enormous size-wise before, plus the danger from it still remains. Luckily the worker was understanding and provided us with room #9 (for those ones who will ever look for it as we did - it's in the same building where you have breakfast). I hope my message will reach the hotel - PLEASE, GET the anti-mosquito nets 🙏🏻"

"Check in was too complcated and check inn computer was out of order and could not be repaired in the weekend. A good back up was not available and we had to walk to the main hotel 800 meters further to pick up the room key…we were compensated with a free wine for the inconvenience"

"Wow! What a place! The room itself is more like a suite, with a very large bathroom area, separate large sleeping room (with incredibly high ceilings and chandelier) and everything you could need, or may have forgotten. Free parking out the back, too. Our package had breakfast included at their sister hotel (short walk/ drive) which was delicious (and plentiful) so that was also much appreciated. The village of VALKENBURG is a really bustly place, nice architecture and lots of choice of places to eat. And the countryside around is beautiful too - we did a great fifty mile bike ride from the door, for those who like that kind of thing! Thoroughly recommended."

"Nothing we didn’t like about the property itself. Only thing, the booking.com check in information is made up of lots of different messages clearly copied and pasted, making it unnecessarily complicated, and contradictory. It includes downloading an app which was a right faff and even then didn’t work. There’s a phone number for the main hotel included in those instructions. Save yourself a whole heap of time and concern and ring that straightaway instead. Sorted!"

"Beautiful historic villa in the town with good free parking on site. The villa is owned and run by the Park Hotel nearby. The room (room 804) on the upper ground floor was very large with very comfortable twin beds. The bathroom was spectacular with a separate bath and shower. A fan was provided in the bedroom which was appreciated. A kettle was also provided. Breakfast was superb including a cooked option. The staff were very helpful especially Karen who looks after the villa. So glad we found this place and would definitely stay here again."

"The no human check-in/out facility is a deal breaker for this property especially for older people. It's always out of order and you need to go to it's sister hotel to get your room key."
