"Great location for starting trips and many kinds of activities. Host is super friendly. Houses are not modern but everything is working and super clean: the place has a special very authentic atmosphere."

"The location in the mountains was excellent. The hut was exactly what I expected for a one night stay. It was quiet and I had a good night's sleep. I could park my motorcycle next to the hut. The toilet block with showers was nearby. There was plenty of hot water. I was able to have basic hot food at reception (chicken and chips) and use the free WiFi It was very quiet on the site and I had a good night's sleep."

"The site is old and is not brand spanking new but is fit for purpose. There is little food to buy in reception and there is a limited menu if you buy a meal. The WiFi only works in the reception area. I was leaving before 9am and there was no obvious key drop so l left the keys in the hut."

"Beliggenheten var helt fin i forhold til det jeg skulle gjøre på Storefjell. Deltok i en sjakkturnering der. Fikk kjøpt middag på Kvanhøgd. Dette gjorde det enklere for meg å forberede meg til partiene i turneringen. Hyggelig vertskap som sørget for at alt var på stell. Lett å sove om natta, for det var stille og rolig hele døgnet. ,"

"Veldig fornøyd med overnattingen, man får mye for pengene, det er den største campinghytten vi har hatt. Veldig hyggelig vert, med ok priser. Man får absolutt det man bør forvente av en hytte på en campingplass."

"Es war ohne Frühstück. Die Lage war sehr gut für Ausflüge. In der einfachen Minihütte war nicht viel Platz, aber damit haben wir ja gerechnet. Und es war alles notwendige da. Kühlschrank, Kochplatten, Geschirr+Besteck, Kaffeemaschine, el. Heizung..."

"Perfekt place for take a little rest. There are even hiking trails, beautifull lakes. In a cabin is everything you need. Well equipped. Cleaning included in price. Very nice Lady who let us check in earlier. Everything went smooth."

"Villa is on rock bed on a coast of a drammenfjord, amongst pine trees. Fine art pictures on a walls. Nice balcon with a sea view. Private beach is ideal for leisure, great option for boat activities. Easy to keep your boat or paddleboard here. City is in one km from here. Bus stop is just near a villa. Gunvor, its hostess, is kindest lady I ever seen. She is happy to offering for guests any kind of conveniences. She helped Me so much with her car. For her sense of humor, friendliness my daughters are love her from first minute."

"The hotel has a bit older, nostalgic look to it, the dignified outside appearance says it's the roomier higher end option just outside the small city center. Breakfast is very good, the room amazing with a beautiful view and the staff couldn't be nicer."

"There is no doubt that the lake view is stunning! The outside area of the camping is awesome - well maintained grass, barbeque, kids playground etc. The camping is just 7 minutes drive from the town where you can stock on food for cooking. This was the first time we stayed in a camping and we didn't know about the camping culture - you need to bring (or rent) bedsheets and do your bed yourself. After your stay you need to clean for the next person. The bungalow was very basic - one room with beds, one kitchen with a sofa where you can hang out, and the veranda outside with a table and chairs."

"Everything. This is on the top of the list of places I need to come back to. The surroundings and the tranquility are bliss for all senses. The small cabin has all the basics. The beds were very comfy - haven’t slept so well for a long time. Having to walk a couple of steps outside to get to the bathroom and to get water added to the nostalgia - this was what cabins were like in my childhood. However, here you get a modern toilet and a shower in a nice warm bathroom. We did not have that luxury. The small museum was very interesting. The host was nice and inviting and he has a lot of knowledge of the past and present in the area. There are possibilities of renting kayaks- and canoes not far from the property. Unfortunately we only stayed for one night this time. But we most certainly will be back to explore the lake and the surroundings."
