"Burada 10 günden fazla kaldık. Çalışanlar her zaman kibar ve yardımsever. İşlerini her zaman mükemmel yapıyorlar. Kahvaltıları çok güzel. Konumu şehrin kalbine 10-15 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. İsterseniz çamaşırlarınızı yıkıyorlar ama şehir içinde daha uygun yerler de bulabilirsiniz. Güzel ve küçük bir terasa sahip."
"Burada sevmediğim tek şey bize yardımcı olmak yerine bize arkadaş canlısı olmayan bir şekilde davranan bir resepsiyon görevlisi kadındı. Burada bir çok resepsiyon görevlisi çalışıyor. Sadece biriyle problem oldu. Fakat diğerleri her zaman arkadaşça ve yardımseverdi."

"Nice breakfast, very kind staff, location is good, but due to recent flooding, many of the nearby roads were closed, so was awkward to call/get dropped off by ubers/indrive. Really enjoyed our stay, clean, nice views and overall a good time!"

"The staff was very friendly and kind, helping and giving support every time it was needed! The breakfast was very good and balanced! Even during the days I had to leave before the breakfast, they prepared some food so I could take it and eat by myself! It is not too far away from the city center, taking around 10 minutes to reach Plaza de Armas."

"We had a really lovely, cozy room. The breakfast was really great up in a beautiful rooftop room, coffee and tea and even for my partner who is vegan although she couldn’t have the bread they prepared her a fruit bowl which was something. Really close to town also and they let us keep our luggage at the hotel whilst waiting for our bus. Staff were really friendly also"

"The only down side is if you are in a room at the rear of the hotel, the road traffic can be quite noisy and there is only single glazing fitted."
"Loved the location. Just a 10 minute walk into the heart of old town, with all the old buildings to explore. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants to chose from. The hotel was clean and the rooms were cleaned ajd beds made nearly every day. Staff were great as well. Breakfast was excellent every day."
