"After the initial stress, when we arrived in front of the hotel and it was closed, the situation changed and I can say that we did not make a bad choice. Our arrival was around six o'clock in the morning. The hotel staff took care of us (even later, another 4 guests arrived) and accommodated us even in these early hours of the morning. After a 15-hour flight, it was an incredible relief, for which we are still very grateful today, because as we found out on our next trip through South America, this is not commonplace everywhere and we appreciate it very much. The breakfast was very modest (we had no idea what was waiting for us on the next trip) but very tasty and the staff really took care of us in every way. The location was excellent and we reached all the important points on foot, even the park with the fountains."
