"I booked for one night when i arrived at the property the security stop me and ask for unit number as part of thier procedure before arriving at the property i try to contact +639213437823 they have provided from booking.com but it cannot br reached. i waited keep on try to call for like 20 times also i message the property no response until now im writing this... please be aware coz upon booking u need to pay fulll and its non refundable... i try to ask for help from the security but they said they are so many owners at least he mentioned that they provided me the unit number or he said the owner should send us your booking but the didn't received...so i end up leaving the property frustrated what if somw booked for 5 days and this happens.... very very bad...at least booking.com has way to return my money i paid coz i didn't even step inside that room...."
