"Konumu, kahvaltısı, personellerin güleryüzlülüğü, hersey çok güzeldi. Müsaitlik olduğu için biz istemeden odamızı upgrade ettiklerini söylediler check in esnasında. Oda büyük olduğu için bebeğimiz ile çok rahat konakladık. Kahvaltı çok yeterli idi. Konumu zaten old town a 10 dk lik yürüme mesafesinde idi. Yine Krakow’a gitsek aynı oteli tercih ederiz."

Ama istediğiniz zaman still (normal) su veriyorlar. Otoparkı var ama yine birçok otel gibi ücretli. Fakat biz özel aracımız ile gelmedik. Gerek de yok bizce."

"Otel personeli çok ilgiliydi check in ve check out çok kolay gerçekleşti. Aile olarak kaldığınız oda daire tipiydi. Oldukça geniş ve ferahtı. "Never had breakfast at the property. The price is very good though, just 22-25 zl (around $6) The staff was welcoming and nice, and the room was very basic but quite clean."

"Another comfortable stay at the Gold. Great room overlooking the town and tower. Perfect location and the restaurant food is lovely and reasonably priced. If you want to eat out, Rynek42 and Nomo in town are great places, and the Kebab Inn just a few hundred metres up the road is a great takeaway."
