"Great hotel in the Kazimierz area of Kraków. Staff very friendly on check-in and at breakfast. Room was clean, warm and spacious for a solo traveller. It's around 20 minutes walk into the Old Town and main square but there's a tram a few minutes walk from the hotel that brings you straight into the old town/train station area. Breakfast was excellent with good choices of hot and cold foods. Would definitely recommend if staying in Kraków"

"The floors are creaky: when neighbors walk around, it feels like they are walking through your room. At night, it can be quite spooky. Вreakfast is basic but enough to start the day."

"The rooms were traditional but very clean. Good spacious bathroom. The rooms are only cleaned when you request it, but that was OK with us. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was buffet style and lots of choice. It was quiet. The location was great for us."

"Most of the staff were lovely, but just one of the reception staff was miserable. She made you feel unwelcome and like we were putting her p out, despite us being over polite and trying to strike up conversation. However the rest of the staff were lovely. It wouldn't put us off staying again."
