"The only small thing was the air con ,but nothing opening the window counldnt fix. But overall a great hotel that is spotless clean ."

"room was not large but had everything we needed, great location in walking distance from Christmas Market"

"the pillows was nightmare, not comfy at all"

"breakfast 4/5. Could be better. It was a bit repetitive and boring/bland Room was just prefect. No complaints. Free water outside door. Cleaning staff were great. I actually tipped them all. location is good (from a personal historical perspective, as i am interested in WW2 history) The fact that the hotel is next to a WW2 Gerrman bunker was great and I was on part of the place called Festung Bresslau. Its exactly where I wanted to be"

"the gym was bad, Too small, not enough machines. Only one girl managed to tell me about the history of where i was living."

"The room is beautifully arranged, with excellent capsule coffee prepared in an intuitive coffee machine. A pleasant, elegant fragrance fills the space, creating a sense of comfort from the very first moment. The breakfasts are outstanding — fresh fruit shots await you every morning, supporting both your health and well-being. Ecology combined with elegance is something I truly appreciate, and it makes me feel exceptionally comfortable in this hotel every single time."

"I loved everything. One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff is very friendly and polite. The hotel room was spacious and clean. The location is excellent, 15 minutes from the city center on one side and 10 minutes from Cathedral Island on the other."

"The overall sense of calm and professionalism from start to finish. The location is excellent, central, walkable, yet quiet. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with a bed that genuinely allowed for proper rest. Breakfast was well organised, varied, and relaxed, even during busier moments. Staff were consistently polite, efficient, and unobtrusive, which made the stay feel smooth and effortless. Everything worked as it should, without noise or friction."

"Honestly, there was nothing that stood out as a negative. If anything, the stay was a little too short to fully enjoy the comfort of the hotel."
