Tavira'nın tarihî sokakları arasında saklı bir konumda bulunan Calçada Guesthouse, kır tarzında dış cepheye, moda tarzda iç mekanlara sahiptir. Tesisin aydınlık odalarının her biri özel banyoludur. Bazıları Asseca Nehri manzaralıdır. Calçada'nın ayrı ayrı dekore edilmiş olan odalarının tamamında duş ve saç kurutma makinesi içeren yeni nesil banyolar ve oturma alanı vardır. "This is our second visit to the Calcada. Excellent hosting by Sangita. Spotlessly clean and tidy with great facilities such as tea and coffee and fridge to keep beer and wine. The main square and Roman Bridge are just 2-3 minutes walk."

"Great location in heart of old town, a few steps from river. Restored old building - lovely room (#1) and plenty of shared places to sit and read/ write/chat. Tea/ coffee/ water dock available for guests in lounge; fridge available on roof terrace. Peaceful oasis - very nicely decorated. Charming, efficient staff - the British owners didn’t appear, but the place is expertly run by two delightful Nepalese women. Great breakfast - plus they made special Gluten free pancakes for me."

"The location -walking distance to the beach was great. Peaceful atmosphere, very chill. Very well equipped with everything you need. Magnificent views from the room. Friendly staff, although it was off-season so everything was a little slow."
"Very nice place. Very quiet, in the middle of horses. It was so nice to sit on the veranda and soak in the atmosphere. The veranda is also very nicely sheltered from the wind."

"Cosy room.in a traditional old farm building. The table by the swimming pool had a fabulous vista down the valley to Vizela and beyond; perfect for watching the sunset directly ahead whilst bats fly around and sipping the delicious wine made by the family. We regret not bringing some home! The owner went the extra mile for us, for example taking our laundry and ironing even in the middle of a heatwave"
