"Girişteki görevli kız çok güler yüzlü ve her konuda yardımcı. Banyodaki lavabo tesisatındaki sorunu en hızlı şekilde çözdü. Otelin konumu çok merkezi, Cais do Sodre metro durağına yürüme mesafesinde. Gün içerisinde odaya rahatlıkla uğranabiliyor. Rezervasyon sonrası binaya ve odaya giriş için şifre paylaşıyor, işlemler çok kolay. Oda her gün temizlendi, istendiği takdirde havlu değişimi var. Açılır büyük pencereleri cadde manzaralıydı. Lizbon için kesinlikle fiyat/performans konaklaması."

"Bina eski olduğu için ses yalıtımı iyi değil. Camlar kapalı olduğu takdirde dışarıdan ses gelmiyor ancak diğer dairelerden çok fazla ses geçiriyor maalesef. Ancak total bir değerlendirme de çok önemli bir durum değil."

"We really enjoyed our stay in Hall Chiado - it was a fantastic location right in the heart of Chiado which made getting around Lisbon very easy as most places we could walk to or were a short bus or train ride away. It was comfortable, clean and quiet and I would really recommend."

"- as the staff is limited time at the reception, we did not manage to get the pillows changed throughout the stay (they were a bit smelly). Also the towels did not have a great smell. - the door at the entrance to the building had some issues with the lock (it was not really locking) - our room was facing the wall of another building, so barely any natural light - very few shelves / hangers, I had to keep most of the things in the luggage - some strange noise when taking a shower - not enough light in the bathroom"

"Not a reason not to stay there, but worth knowing — because of how the drainage system works, there’s a weird loud noise every time the toilet is flushed or the water is turned on. Also, for this price, a coffee/tea station in the room or lobby would have been nice."
