"We loved the quiet location and stunning views - the pool was an added bonus. Our room was great - comfortable bed. We were able to have a meal in the evening there in the lovely dining room and breakfast was very good. The staff were helpful and very nice."

"The cold pool after a very hot bike ride, with a beautiful view. Super comfy bed and lovely extra duvet, if needed. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Loved the whole set up with access to a fully equipped and comfortable open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room. Very cosy. Would be nice to come as a group. I was leaving early, so they put the breakfast in the fridge, which was very kind."

"This is a beautiful property on a country estate. I cycled here from Faro. The lovely manager/owner lady cooked an excellent dinner (baked potato with meat, cheese and maybe cabbage) and also gave me enough food for a packed breakfast the next day as I was leaving early. Really enjoyed my stay. P.s. it’s cash only."

"We had a simply wonderful stay here for one night. It is a gem that is a bit out of the way from other more touristed areas and that is for the best. It is a very tranquil place that felt relaxing for me and my partner to stay at. It is an old farm that has been painstakingly restored into a hotel with lots of lovely historic details. We were on an extended bike tour and the host kindly helped us find a place to store the bikes outside. The pool and outdoor areas are great. We hung out in the hammocks and by the pool for several hours. We also had a lovely dinner onsite and good breakfast the next morning. Next time we will come back for longer!"
